The FDA Seeks to Make You a Felon

It is a proven fact that "Vitamin C Complex" cures and prevents a horrible disease known as Scurvy. A Nobel Prize was awarded in 1937 to Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi who isolated the "Vitamin C Complex" and proved its link with Scurvy.

Through the latest attempts by the FDA to overturn the unanimous passage of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, they intend to make it a felony for you to tell another person about this fact regarding Vitamin C.

By sharing education and the links between nutrition and better health, they seek to make you a felon.

The American Medical Association, through an article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, stated that it is clear Americans are not getting sufficient nutrient support from diet alone. Their conclusion was that Americans should consider dietary supplements to ensure sufficient nutritional support.

The FDA seeks to make it illegal for me to educate you about that fact.

The FDA is seeking to protect the interests of drug companies who administer poisons and have no financial interest in people like you helping another American Citizen, through education, to improve their state of health. This may result in their doctors taking them off of so-called maintenance drugs which they were intended to stay on for life.

Their doctors take them off these drugs because their improved state of health eliminates their requirement for them.

With the sickness industry counting for nearly 1/5 of the GDP, healthy Americans are bad for drug company business. I say too bad and ask you, to represent the true benefits and needs of the People and remain vigilant to the attempts of the FDA to eliminate access to safe and effective dietary supplements in the name of protecting drug company interests.

Drug studies are no long conducted against a current known treatment to ensure that a new drug is more effective. Instead drug companies have created a smoke screen by making the public think that studies against placebos are better science and better for you.

As a result, newer and more expensive drugs replace cheaper, existing drugs which are as effective and, according to articles published in the New England Journal of Medicine, sometimes more effective than the newer, more expensive alternative.

This is the status quo the FDA seeks to maintain.

From the proposed new laws from the FDA, if you even told someone not to eat fast food because it's "junk food" or that extensive research has proven that Aspartame metabolizes to formaldehyde in your liver, you would be committing a felony as an unlicensed medical practitioner.

The passage of DSHEA was correct. The FDA should seek to ensure that dietary supplements are made according to good manufacturing practices. Studies showing the effectiveness of dietary supplements can only be performed on supplements that are made according to such standards. Recent media reports of concerns over the effectiveness of certain types of dietary supplements are based on indirect analysis of unverified dietary supplements and therefore any conclusions based on such data is untrustworthy.

Researchers, backed by drug industry money, know this, but they also know that the average person and the average journalist lack the knowledge to see through the veil.

The FDA supports these studies because they serve an agenda, which keeps you paying for drugs through the products you buy, the checks you earn and the taxes you pay.

The United States pays more than any other country, per capita, to treat sickness and yet the World Health Organization ranks the US 37th in overall wellness in the world. The sickness paradigm is a failure when it comes to anything other than trauma care. A massive money machine, supported by the FDA is what keeps it going.

The FDA should exist to serve We The People.

They clearly do not.
